That's why the ponies now live separately according to their species. Earth pony Sunny Starscout – a very idealistic and positive pony – continues to firmly believe in hope for the divided world. When she meets the unicorn Izzy Moonbow, who has lost her way into the world of earth ponies, the unlikely duo quickly become friends. Since the other ponies are horrified by Izzy's appearance, the duo quickly runs away and sets off on an adventurous journey. Their path takes them through strange, distant lands, always with the goal of bringing magic back to Equestria. They face their fears, try to make new friends out of old enemies and never give up the belief that even the smallest ponies can make a big difference.
